2 Cups Pitted Kalamata Olives

1/2 Cup Sundried tomatoes (oil packed)

1/2 Cup Fresh Basil, loosely packed

2- 4 Tablespoons Good quality Olive oil or Oil reserved from sundried tomato

Pepper to taste

Optional add-ins:

cappers garlic artichoke lemon juice


  1. Place all ingredients in food processor and process until desired texture is achieved
