Basil Pine Nut Pesto


2 Cups fresh basil 
1/4 Cup pine nuts
2 Garlic cloves
1/4 Cup nutritional yeast
2 Tablespoons olive oil
1/2 small lemon juiced
1/2 Teaspoon salt


  1. In a food processor add basil, pine nuts, garlic and nutritional yeast. On a high speed start to puree.
  2. Slowly add the olive oil and lemon juice.
  3. Puree until smooth.
  4. Add salt mix once more.

**If you find it is too thick you can add a bit of water or more olive oil to make it less thick
