Carrot and Ginger Smoothie


1 Medium carrot (roughly chopped)
1/2 Tablespoon ginger (roughly chopped)
1 Cup coconut water or water from 1 coconut
1/2 Cup pineapple cut into cubes
1/2 Cup mango cut into cubes
1/2 Teaspoon turmeric
Juice from 1 Mandarin orange (regular orange works also)

Ice cubes as desired



  1. In blender blend until smooth
    (taste as I used fresh pineapple and was very sweet if you like your smoothie sweeter add more pineapple)
    if too thick add water or coconut water.
