Chil-Latte Turtle


1 cup chilled coffee
1 espresso shot (chilled)
1/4 teaspoon caramel extract
3 tablespoons vegan almond vanilla creamer (more or less depending on your sweet tooth)
1/4 teaspoon chocolate syrup
6 ice cubes


chocolate syrup – drizzle
1/2 teaspoon vegan caramel sauce (I used 1 teaspoon smooth almond butter 1 tablespoon maple syrup and a bit of water to thin it out.)
vegan whip topping of choice.
1 teaspoon pecans bits (about 4 broken up)
