Chocolate Hummus

Chocolate Hummus .


1 Can chickpeas (also known as hummus in Arabic) drained and rinsed 
1/4 Cup maple syrup
1/4 Cup cacao powder
2 Tablespoons vegan vanilla almond coffee creamer (I used silk) any plant-based milks work!


  1. Blend until smooth.
  2. Optional sprinkle with shredded coconut and cacao nibs.



In the summer I always have people coming and going.

here is one of my favorite summer snacks to serve when I do not have much time to spare.

you throw all ingredients in blender or food processor and blend until smooth throw some pretzels in a bowl and you have a quick snack that takes less than 5 minutes to prepare.
