Dill Walnut Pesto


1/4 Cup walnuts 
1/4 Cup light tasting olive oil
1/4 Cup nutritional yeast
1/2 Teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 Teaspoonaspoon salt
1 Bunch fresh dill (thick stems removed, about 1 cup lightly packed)


  1. In a food processor or blender.
  2. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  3. Push down the side and blend again.

Serve over white beans or favorite pasta dish
