Egglessnog ( vegan Eggnog )


1 Can coconut milk (400ml)
1 Rice cream (250 ml container)
1/4 Cup maple syrup or to taste
1/4 Teaspoon fresh ground nutmeg
1/4 Teaspoon cinnamon
Dash of allspice
Dash of ground cloves
Pinch of salt


  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. If you find it is too thick to your taste add water until desired texture is reached. (I prefer to keep it thick add ice cubes or rum to serve)
