Green pepper garlic queso dip.
With easy tortilla chips.
3/4 Cup no shell sunflower seeds
1 Medium cooked potato
3 Garlic cloves
1/2 Green pepper
1 Cup soy milk
1/4 Cup nutritional yeast
1 Teaspoon cumin
1/2 Teaspoon salt
- Soak sunflower seeds overnight or boil for 15 min.
- Rinse the sunflower seeds well.
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix on high speed until smooth.
Basic tortilla chips:
1 cup cornmeal
3/4 cup boiling water
1 tablespoon salt
Preheat oven to 400
Combine all ingredients mix until a ball is formed.
Cut two large pieces of parchment paper and roll out the ball until as thin as possible. Sprinkle with sea salt.
Bake at 400 until golden and crispy about 10 min
Break into pieces and serve. With queso dip.
