Oreo Coconut nIce Cream.

The most simple 4 ingredients and 4 step non-dairy ice cream, only requiring a blender, freezer and ice cream scoop. also works great as a popsicle. The oreo cookies give it a great creamy and chocolate flavor.



1 Can coconut milk
5 Oreo cookies (+ 2 for topping optional)
1/4 Cup non-dairy milk (Almond Vanilla is my favorite)
1 Tablespoon melted coconut oil


  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Place in freezer 4 hours or until frozen.
  3. Remove from freezer blend again.
  4. Scoop and serve
