1 cup cooked white rice
1 can coconut milk
1/2 cup fresh strawberries
juice from 2 limes
8 -10 fresh Mint leaves
1/2 cup fresh spinach (maple syrup optional for more sweetness ice cubes)
- Blend batches or all together.
- Divided the coconut milk into 3.
- Batch 1 spinach, lime, mint and coconut milk add ice after blending all ingredients. rinse blender
- Batch 2 strawberries and coconut milk ice cubes. blend until smooth. rinse blender
- batch 3 cooked white rice , coconut milk and maple syrup blend until smooth.
- Layer as desired.
- Garnish with a slice of lime or fresh strawberries (optional)
