Tofu Scramble

Ingredients:

1 Tablespoon olive oil
1 Block firm tofu
1 Tablespoon nutritional yeast
1 Teaspoon chickenless soup mix (yellow)
2 Tablespoons non-dairy milk (non-sweet)
1/2 Teaspoon onion powder
1/2 Teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 Teaspoon turmeric
Pinch sea salt
 

Directions:

 
  1. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Crumble Drained tofu into frying pan.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and stir.
  4. Cook for 3-5 minutes.
Serve hot.
