Vegan Breakfast Burrito.


2 Tortilla wraps
1/2 Red pepper
14 Small asparagus
1/2 Cup black beans
1/2 Teaspoon cumin
Salt and pepper


  1. Sautee veggies until desired texture in evoo or a little bit of water add salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Heat the black beans add the cumin and puree with a hand mixer or fork. (Optional you can leave the beans whole also)put all items into a tortilla wrap. Enjoy!
