Warm Spicy Cheesy Cauliflower Dip


1/2 Head of cauliflower, steamed or boiled until tender
1 Cup raw cashews, boiled for 15 min or soaked overnight
4 Roasted garlic cloves. (can sub garlic powder- do not sub raw garlic)
1 Can chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
2 Tablespoons Frank’s Red Hot sauce or other hot sauce
1/2 Cup water
2 Tablespoons nutritional yeast
1/2 Teaspoon onion powder
1/2 Teaspoon garlic powder
1 Tablespoon paprika




  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. In a food processor add all ingredients and puree until smooth.
  3. Transfer to oven safe dish cover with aluminum and bake until hot.(about 25 min).
  4. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes. Serve and enjoy with tortilla chips.

*this is a great make-ahead dish that you can keep in the fridge for a few days then heat it up when u want to eat it.
